1. Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Exchanges
- Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, under the same conditions as returns (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we can assist in finding a suitable replacement.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all Exchanges.

3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or a bank transfer depending on the original method of payment.

4. Non-returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are non-returnable.
- Custom orders or specially tailored items are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
